If the date listed above is not the date you are inquiring about, it means that no decision has yet been made for that date. Decisions to cancel class are not usually made until about 3:00 pm, so it is recommended to check after 3:30 pm. OR...

This registration form is for Continuing Education and Journeyman Upgrade Training classes. The form may be completed online. After completion, print the form and submit it to the JATC with payment by mail or in person.
