To obtain an Associate of Technical Studies Degree in Construction Electricity, 21 additional credit hours will need to be completed at Northwest State.Online courses are available.
Our Installer/Tech curriculum has also been evaluated. Apprentices completing the Installer/Tech program will earn 35 credit hours for completion of the three year program. Apprentices interested in using these credits towards a degree should contact Northwest State for options.
The JATC Committee will reimburse apprentices and journeymen 1 credit hour (at Northwest State's current cost per credit hour) of each additional class required to obtain the Associate Degree as long as a grade of "C" or better is achieved.
